Eliminate the "what-ifs" by seeing your kitchen layout brought to life before you build. This service is designed for projects where the layout is already finalized, providing a professional 3D look at the scale, volume, and visual flow of your space. You’ll receive detailed SketchUp perspectives and a conceptual video walkthrough, giving you a high-level visual tool to confirm your design choices—such as cabinetry heights and island proportions—before construction begins.

This package includes:

Pricing varies by project, starts at $2100 CAD

  • Discovery Questionnaire: To capture your finalized floor plan and aesthetic goals.

  • The "North Star" Direction: A master visual concept to ensure the 3D model reflects your intended style.

  • 3D Perspectives & Elevations: Static views of your primary focal area to provide essential spatial context.

  • Conceptual Video Walkthrough: A 20–30 second visual tour to help you experience the room's balance in motion.

  • Aesthetic Context: Visualizations show the exterior cabinetry configuration and flow of your layout.

  • One Round of Minor Revisions: Includes up to 3 material or colour swaps within the 3D model.

  • Estimated delivery 7-8 weeks from completed onboarding.

Inquire & Onboard

Send an email to hello@dearalia.com or use our contact form to share your project goals. I’ll review your vision to ensure this specialized service is the right fit for your space and needs. Once we move forward, you’ll purchase the Guide, sign the Agreement, and receive a Discovery Questionnaire to capture your specific aesthetic preferences.

Design “North Star”

From there, I develop a conceptual"North Star"—a curated direction of inspiration images and design notes that set the aesthetic "look and feel" for your space. This step ensures we are perfectly aligned on the creative vision before we move into the selection and 3D visualization phase.

Design Magic & Delivery

I then curate your complete aesthetic roadmap, including a Static 3D Render and conceptual video to show your selections in context. You’ll receive a Digital "Vision" PDF featuring your 10 curated finishes and my signature Decorator’s Notes—outlining the specific "Aesthetic DNA" of every item. One round of minor revisions is included to fine-tune the details before your project is ready for your contractor.
