This family room in a historic Ottawa home was designed to foster fun and cozy times. Our design direction was subtly informed by a vibrant and punchy scheme. Tongue and groove paneling in a warm white by Farrow & Ball provides a classic, timeless backdrop. A bold linen green floral sofa and chocolate velvet chairs were selected to create a conversational area around a fireplace. The room honours the playful spirit of family game nights with a record player and storage for board games on a console along the far wall.
